Please get the balance of your money in ASAP – We need to get money to Belize so they can start buying our supplies.

 

Make sure we have your passport copies and medical release.  We must make sure your name, as listed, matches your passport, initial that it is ok if we have not been able to check the spelling of your name.

1. Final Meeting                                                                                   
   1. Sunday March 25.  We need to get all of our supplies into suitcases.
   2. Read your guidelines hand out!

2. Flight Information and Travel Teams                                     
   1. 2 different flights out of Belize otherwise all together
   2. Staff member you are assigned to must know where you are at all times when we traveling.  You are to follow their instructions.  Staff members are coordinated by Pastor Jason & Brian.

3. Work Teams – How the daily schedule works                      
   1. Each day or AM/PM you will be assigned to a staff member – what they do you do
   2. Changes in plans – the one guarantee when going to Belize
   3. Interviews - In groups of 3 students talked with staff member(s), about you and what your skills & interests are.
