Dear Student (and parents),
Thank you for including the Belize Mission Trip in your Spring Break plans. Forms, facts and information from every meeting are all at the website. The next steps are listed below.
A. If you do not have a passport, apply now. We will not be responsible if yours does not arrive in time. Go to http://travel.state.gov/passport B. January 27, 2008 @ 11:00AM – Our first meeting, bring the following: 1. Parental permission, and consent for treatment form – MUST be notarized. 2. Two copies of your passport or the date you applied. 3. Your deposit if you have not yet paid it. C. February 13, 2008 – Fifty (50) percent of cost is due or no ticket will be bought. D. February 24, 2008 - Meeting E. March 7, 2008 – Ninety (90) percent of trip cost is due. F. March 16 – Meeting and Packing of Supplies G. March 20 – Be at BWI airport by 4:30AM
All meetings will take place in the Spencerville Church Youth Room. If you can’t make a meeting please contact me so you will have all the necessary information. We are on a short time line and your cooperation with meeting the above deadlines will be critical to our trip success. Following up with you will take away from our pre-trip planning.
The enclosed Permission and Medical Release Form is one of the absolute requirements of every trip participant. It must be completed and returned by January 27, 2008.
