Dear Team Member (and Parents),

This is it, just 1 – 2 – 3 and we are ready on our way.

#1 March 10 Deadline – We need any and all missing items in.  We also need all your money in or nearly all in.   Any thing missing is listed below.  PLEASE, contact me immediately if your records differ from ours OR your funds will be coming in later OR you are having any sort of problem or issue.  I expect everything will be in or you’ve talked to me about it by the 10^th.

#2 March 16 Final Meeting – Bring your prescription meds to this meeting. Vital final instructions will be given and preparations made, so please if you cannot be there you MUST contact me in advance.   We will be packing all of our supplies and distributing mission suitcases, it will not be fair to push your work off on others.

#3 March 20 Take Off – Be at BWI Airport IN YOUR MISSION POLO at 4:30AM.  Make sure your suitcase is not overweight, you have your passport and you have read the Trip Guidelines.

If you missed the meeting about from Passport Health and need inoculations or a malaria prescription you can contact Karen McClure of Passport Health or your own physician.
