Dear Team Member (and Parents),
This is it, just 1 – 2 – 3 and we are ready on our way.
#1 March 10 Deadline – We need any missing items in and all your money in or nearly all in. Any thing missing is listed below. Items can be mailed or brought to the church office (or even the youth room on Sabbath.) PLEASE, contact us immediately if your records differ from ours OR your funds will be coming in later OR you are having any sort of problem or issue.
#2 March 22 Final Meeting @ 10:30am – Bring your prescription meds to this meeting (12 day supply only). Vital instructions, travel teams, mission shirts and contact information will be given, so please if you cannot be there you MUST contact us by Wednesday March 17. We will be packing all of our supplies, distributing mission suitcases and ministry team meetings; it isn’t fair to push your work off on others. [Only trip participants are required at this meeting.]
NOTE: Do you have an old suitcase you would like to donate to the cause? We still need suitcases (not tote bags) to pack mission supplies in. Let us know ASAP if you do.
#3 March 25 Take Off – Be at
If you missed the meeting about from Passport Health and need inoculations or a malaria prescription you can contact Karen McClure of Passport Health or your own physician.
