FAQ for 2010
Destination: San Pedro de Macoris area, Dominican Republic.
Project Locations: Quisqueya and Sendro de Amor
Open to: High School students ages 14 -19
Date and Time: Early Morning Wednesday March 24 through Late Night Sunday April 4, 2009 via Dulles Airport.
Trip Cost—$1,450
Deposit: $150 due with application
Lodging: Centro Silva Christian Camp near San Pedro de Macoris . A mini-barracks style facility complete with bunk beds, cool showers and usually electricity.
Passports: Required. They should be applied for by January 1, participants have sole responibility to obtain.
Group Size: 35 people total. 24 students and 9 carefully selected staff
Deadlines: Nov 1 = Recommended Applications First come
Dec 15 = Application cut-off date (don't wait until then.) 5
Feb 14 = 50% of funds
Mar 9 = 90% of funds
