   1. Passports – Apply by this week or have expedited (extra $60)
   2. Medical Form – Get in by February 15, no ticket bought if not in

   1. February 15 – 50% of trip cost due (passport copies & med forms!!!)
   2. February 21 – Meeting – Training, planning & assignments, Passport Health
   3. March 10 – Should have all or nearly all your money in
   4. March 21 – Meeting - Pack supplies, final instructions
